The Applecross Campsite sits in the most remote and atmospheric corner of the Applecross Peninsula, within walking distance of the legendary Applecross Inn β one of Scotland's most celebrated pubs, famous for its seafood platters, local ales, and jaw-dropping views across the Inner Sound to the Isle of Skye and the Cuillins. The campsite is simple but well-run, with solid amenities and a stunning backdrop of mountains and sea. Getting here either via the Bealach na BΓ mountain pass (not suitable for large motorhomes) or the longer coastal road via Lochcarron is an experience in itself.
This site requires advance booking, especially in July and August. We strongly recommend booking at least 4β6 weeks ahead for summer visits.
