About Traigh na Clibhe, Lochinver
A well-located campsite on the edge of Lochinver village, close to the harbour and the wonderful Lochinver Larder (producers of what many consider Scotland's finest pies). The site is a great base for exploring the spectacular Assynt landscape — Suilven, Canisp, Quinag and Stac Pollaidh are all within striking distance. Lochinver has a fuel station, small supermarket, fish and chip shop and a heritage centre. The surrounding landscape of Assynt, with its isolated mountains rising from bogland, is truly unique in Britain.
